I have a feeling that when it comes to health and beauty women will still find a way to pay for these things. Am I wrong? Any advice?Is it crazy to open a nail salon with the way this economy is?
It depends on where you are, but in general, yes it would be crazy to open a business right now whose customers perceive the service or product as non-necessary discretionary spending.
