I bite my nails all the time but i am working to stop this bad habbit. If I know or not if its bad to bite them with nail polish on them, I might put some on to help me prevent me from biting my nails. Help me......Is it bad to bite your nails with nail polish on them?
it's definitely not healthy to bite nails with nail polish because some might chip into your mouth, and if this happens too much it is not good for you at all. and also if you bite nails when it has nail polish, the paint chips off and it just looks bad in general.
