I put OPI nail polish on top of acrylic nails & It's not drying?

I put on two coats. I waited for the bottom coat to dry first, of course.


It's kind of mushy %26amp; soft.


Why is it not drying? Would it help to put a clear coat over it?I put OPI nail polish on top of acrylic nails %26amp; It's not drying?

there is 2 choices either remove it all and do it again or try to spray some of that spray cooking oil stuff on it and a clear coat would probably make it worse
