Is it safe to use a nail whitening pencil as an eyeliner?

I'm just experimenting in my room, trying to make my eyes look bigger. I'm am going shopping on Thursday so i will get a white eyeliner pencil then but all i have right now is black eyeliner and i am eager to see if my eyes will appear bigger with white. I'm just wondering if it is safe to use a nail whitening pencil as an eyeliner?

Just use white eye shadow and a wet eyeliner brush or skinny eyeshadow brush...thats what i do.

Using a while liner on your waterline will look quite tacky, especially when you consider that your whites aren't pure white. If you want to make them look bigger, apply liner/shadows to the lash roots and NOT on the waterline, and apply a white/off-white/champagne shadow with or without shimmer (I prefer shimmer) to your tear duct, outer corner of the eye and brow bone to help open up the eye and give your eye an awakened look.
no cos the stuff they put in eyeliners is specially designed so as not to irritate the eyes (because they are so sensitive) but because no one has 'sensitive' nails they can put any **** in them!lol
not safe. and white will not look good. try a shimmer or sparkle gray or get a shimmer or sparkle liner that matches your eye color that will really make them pop.
